Delivery and Access

All our courses are digital. Nothing is shipped, there are no delivery charges and you do not need to give a postal address.
When you receive it

What is delivered
Each course contains 8 complete written lessons with routines, trackers and checklists in tables, a list of warning signs that mean see a doctor, and an assignment per lesson. The Complete Library contains all 8 courses. Every lesson is available at once, from the first minute: nothing is released later. You read the lessons in your personal library on any device, and you can print any lesson or save it as PDF from the same page.
How access works
There is no account and no password. Your access link is personal and digitally signed. If it expires or you lose it, you can get a new one at any time, for free, from Resend my access, using the email you bought with.
Please do not share the link. Sharing it is a breach of the terms and may lead to access being withdrawn.
What you need
- An email address you can access.
- A phone, tablet or computer with an up-to-date web browser.
- Some courses suggest over-the-counter products. They are optional, are never sold by us and you buy them wherever you like, following the label and your pharmacist's advice.
How long you keep it
Access is for life, meaning for as long as Dermatooh exists, with no further payment. Lessons you print or save are yours to keep under the licence. If we ever close, we will give every customer at least 90 days' notice by email.
If your course does not arrive
- Check your spam, junk or promotions folder and search for Dermatooh.
- Check that the email address you typed at checkout is correct.
- Request a new link at Resend my access.
- Still nothing? Write to support@dermatooh.com and we send it by hand, normally on the same working day and always within two.
If we cannot deliver your course, you receive a full refund.
Where we sell
We sell worldwide to adults, except where international sanctions forbid it. Prices are in US dollars wherever you are. The courses are written in English.
